      We specialize in Japan. All of our experiences are cultivated from deep relationships within Japan in order to reveal the beauty and wonders of the Japanese aesthetic. Our goal is to create a story that is unique for you.
    • How do you customize itineraries to suit individual preferences?
      Once your inquiry is received, we have a process to curate your tour to Japan to your individual preferences, starting with an initial call to get a full understanding of your interests and needs.
    • What kind of unique experiences can you arrange for your clients?
      Some of our experiences include: Private tour of UNESCO sites, access to temples not open to the public for seated meditation session, hands on experiences for children, Authentic sado (tea ceremony) experiences with over 20 year veteran tea master, reiki masters, and more.
    • Are you available for assistance during the trip?
      We have a dedicated local staff that provides full on-site support while you are in Japan.
    • Are flights/accommodations included in tour price?
      Flights are not included although accommodation is normally part of our tour offering. We are open to discussions about your specific needs.
    • Do you offer tours other than Kyoto?
      We offer tours throughout Japan but our expertise lies in Kyoto and its environs.
    • Can I ask for a fully personalized tour?
      Yes, that is the only type of tour that we provide.
    • Do you offer kid-friendly tours & experiences?
      We also cater to tours for families and children from modern to traditional practices and experiences.
    • Is it possible to create a tour for people with food restrictions (vegetarians, vegans, allergies)?
      Yes, we can absolutely create a tour to meet your food restriction requirements.
    • Is it better to book early or late?
      It is always best to book early since planning in Japan requires significant time and communication. While we may be able to handle a last-minute (less than 1 week depending on the request9, we may not be able to deliver everything you require without sufficient advance planning.
    • How can I cancel my tour?
